Official Rules: 2010 Fantasy Football & Fantasy Racing Combo PackagePAY THE FAN LEAGUESWhen you become a Registered User of PTF, you will automatically be enrolled in three (3) types of fantasy leagues offered by PTF (collectively, the “Official Leagues”): (1) the “official” professional football (Full-Season League); (2) the professional racing (10-Week Series League); and (3) the “weekly” professional football league. As a participant in the Official Leagues, subject to the limitations and restrictions set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Use, you will compete against the other Registered Users of PTF for valuable prizes (described below). In addition to the Official Leagues, you may create your own private or public fantasy leagues. If you choose to start your own private or public fantasy league, PTF will help you get started and show you how to invite other Registered Users into your fantasy league. In addition to the weekly prize pool and the season ending prize in the football contest PTF will pay $250 to the 1st (First) place finisher in Total points in every public and private league that has a minimum of 25 unique teams at the end of the season. Each user is only allowed 1 (one) unique entry in each league and will take the necessary steps to remove additional unique teams entered by each user prior to the start of the competition to insure that each user has only 1 (one) unique team entered in each league. ALL TIES IN EACH LEAGUE WILL BE SPLIT EVENLY. PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALLLeague OverviewThe Full-Season League and the Weekly League are each “Total Points” leagues. The goal is to accumulate as many points as you can on a weekly basis and, for the Full-Season League, your weekly point totals are added together to determine your “Total Points” for the entire professional football season (the “Season”). Each week, and throughout the entire Season, you can track your Total Points to determine how you are doing against the rest of the PTF Registered Users. There is no player draft. You are permitted to start any player in the professional football league (each a “Player” and, collectively, the “Players”) in your weekly roster, but each Player can only be started twice during the entire Season. Each Player in your weekly lineup may be added or dropped up until kickoff of the game in which such Player is playing during that week. Each week you will start eight Players comprised of the following:
Each Player earns points for your team based upon the following Player scoring system:
*NOTE: Team Defense points allowed are only counted when the defensive unit or special teams are on the field. ALL PLAYER POINTS SHALL BE DEEMED FINAL (AND NOT SUBJECT TO CHANGE) AS OF TUESDAY AT 6:00 pm EASTERN STANDARD TIME IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE WEEK THAT THE POINTS WERE EARNED, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THE PROFESSIONAL LEAGUE MAKES ANY RULING OR DECISION THAT WOULD ALTER OR OTHERWISE AFFECT THE POINTS YOU WOULD OTHERWISE HAVE BEEN AWARDED. League PrizesOn a weekly basis, the five (5) Registered User that earns the most Total Points during such week, shall be awarded a cash prize (each a “Weekly Prize”):
In addition to the Weekly Prizes, the fifty (50) Registered Users that accumulate the most Total Points during the entire season shall be awarded the following cash prizes (each a “Full-Season Prize” and, collectively with the Weekly Prizes, the “Prizes”):
If two or more Registered Users that win a Prize (each a “Prize Winner”) accumulate an identical one-week score, for Weekly Prize Winners, or an identical full-season score, for Full-Season Prize Winners, those Prize Winners will split the combined value of the Weekly Prize, for Weekly Prize Winners, or the Full-Season Prize, for Full-Season Prize Winners, associated with their original finishing orders. For example, if two Registered Users tie for first and second place Full-Season Prizes, the combined value of the Full-Season Prizes for first and second place will be combined and divided evenly between the two Full-Season Prize Winners. RACING (10-WEEK SERIES)League OverviewOverviewPTF’s 10-Week Racing Series (the “Series”) is a public, fantasy auto racing competition based upon the 10-week 2010 NASCAR Chase for the Sprint Cup, beginning with the race on September 19, 2010 and ending with the last race on November 21, 2010. You compete against all of the other entrants of the Series (“Entrants”) to earn the most points for the duration of the entire 10-week Series. Entrants that earn the most points during the Series earn prizes (as described below). Entering the CompetitionThere is a one-time entry fee of $14.95 for each team you register to compete in the Series. There is no limit to the number of teams you may register to compete in the Series (subject to the payment of an additional entry fee for each team you register).
